Once a booking has been accepted by the Operator, a contract exists between the Customer and the Operator and making a booking by the Customer indicates acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the Customer.
For bookings of 5 or more apartments different policies and additional supplements will apply, and the customer will be contacted by Apart.In Georgia with more information.
 
Amendments to Terms & Conditions These terms may be subject to change at any time and without notice. Prior to your check-in, please consult the website for the most up-to-date amendments.

Website Use and General Terms & Conditions Use of this website, is subject to the terms and conditions outlined below. By using this website, the Customer agrees to be legally bound by these terms and conditions.
This website is created and maintained in Georgia. Care has been taken to ensure the information provided in this website is accurate and complies with Georgian laws & regulations.
Links that feature on the websites include links to other sites which we believe may be of interest to you. By providing these links we are not endorsing or recommending such sites or the services or material provided by them. We therefore accept no responsibility for the content of these sites. All rates quoted are subject to availability and alteration.
All discounted rates quoted are limited offers and subject to availability and may be subject to a minimum night stay.
While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of all information, The Operator does not accept liability for any errors or omissions and reserves the right to change information and descriptions of listed accommodation and products.

Site Use The website is intended to assist the consumer in determining the availability and booking of accommodation. Apart from printing information in connection with your travel, you are not entitled to reproduce, replicate, sell, resell or otherwise exploit the website listed above unless we provide you with prior written permission to do so.
Use of the websites are restricted to people over the age of 18, who can enter into binding contracts.

Online Bookings and 3rd Party Websites Please note that different terms, conditions & cancellation policies may exist in relation to online bookings made via Booking Agents and affiliate websites. Please read carefully the apartment rate details that are provided before you make your online booking.

Payment Arrangements and Credit Card Payment Processes Apart.In Georgia is the first contactless business, so guests will be asked for full payment during online check-in or on arrival using their credit or debit card.
Credit / Debit card transactions will be charged at the local currency rate, Apart.In Georgia does not accept responsibility for additional costs that may be incurred.
As a security measure, customers who have booked through 3rd party agents and prepaid in full may be required to pre-authorize their credit or debit card and produce a valid ID on arrival.

Check-in and Check-out The standard check-in time is from 15:00 onwards. Early check-in may be arranged subject to availability and will incur additional charges:
Before 09:00: 100% of the nightly rate.
Between 09:00 and 12:00: 50% of the nightly rate.
Between 12:00 and 15:00: 25% of the nightly rate.

Check-out is required by 12:00 noon. Late check-out is available subject to availability and will incur additional charges:
Between 12:00 and 15:00: 25% of the nightly rate.
Between 15:00 and 18:00: 50% of the nightly rate.
After 18:00: 100% of the nightly rate.

Digital Key Access: A digital key access code will be sent to you via email on the day of your arrival.

Deposit Requirement A security deposit is required at the time of check-in to cover potential damages or unpaid charges. The deposit is refundable upon check-out, provided no damage or excessive cleaning is required.

Booking Cancelation policy Cancellations must be made online or via email in accordance with the cancellation policy set out in the booking confirmation email – 72 hours prior to arrival date. Confirmation of cancellation will be sent to you via email.
Guests who book “Non-refundable” rates are not entitled to a refund if they need to cancel.
The Customer agrees that the above cancellation charges are a fair and genuine estimate of the loss that the Operator would incur on the cancellation of a booking.

No Show Policy If the guest fails to arrive or does not cancel with the cancellation policy time they are treated as a NO SHOW. Of they have booked the fully flexible rate they will be charged for the first night of their stay only. If the booking is done with non-refundable rate the full amount has already been charged.

Accommodation Amendments by Apart.In Georgia Whilst all reasonable efforts have been taken by Apart.In Georgia to ensure that bookings made under this agreement are able to proceed, we reserve the right to relocate any booking to accommodation of similar size and standard in the locality. The guest acknowledges that Apart.In Georgia accept no liability for any loss or damage suffered by or caused to the guest as a consequence of the relocation. In exceptional circumstances the Operator may find it necessary to cancel your booking. If this occurs the Operator will refund any sum the guest has paid which shall constitute a full and final settlement of any liability the Operator may have to the Customer as a result of such cancellation.
The Operator will not be liable for any delay, loss, damage or expenses incurred if your booking needs to be altered or cancelled, if it is unable to perform its contractual obligations as a result of events beyond its reasonable control, which shall include but not be limited to events such as war, civil strife, terrorist activity, labor disputes, natural or man-made disaster, fire, flood and adverse weather conditions.

Alterations to booking requested by guest If a guest wishes to alter their booking (e.g. change the dates of stay or the accommodation requested), Apart.In Georgia cannot guarantee that it will be able to do so and it accepts no liability for any loss, damage or additional expense that may be incurred in these circumstances.
While amendments are not permitted with Non-refundable Rates, they are possible with Standard bookings depending on availability, if requested at least 48 hours prior to arrival. Additional costs may be incurred if the cost of accommodation on the new nights varies from the previous booking. All amendment requests must be received in writing via email.

Occupancy and Guest Limits Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight in the apartment. Any visitors must also be registered. To register visitors, please inform Apart.In Georgia administration in advance by sending an email.

Child Policy Guests under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by at least one adult per apartment.
Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Children under the age of 2 are free and do not count as occupants. This is however dependent on suitable apartment availability and all local fire regulations.
All children over the age of two are regarded as guests when determining occupants of an apartment.

Exceeding Occupancy Limits: Exceeding the maximum occupancy limit will incur an additional charge of 30 GEL per person or may result in termination of the rental agreement.

Housekeeping and Cleaning
Daily Cleaning: Complimentary cleaning service is provided daily between 10:00 and 18:00 upon request.
Linen Change: Linen will be changed every third (3) day at no additional charge.
Towel Refresh: Fresh towels are available upon request, during operational hours of 10:00 – 18:00.
Bathrobe Purchase: to keep a bathrobe as a souvenir, a charge of 135 GEL will be applied. To request this, please confirm via email or WhatsApp.

Noise and Conduct In accordance with Georgian law, quiet hours are enforced from 23:00 to 07:00. Loud noise, parties, or disruptive behavior may result in fines or eviction.
Respect for Neighbors Guests must respect the peace and comfort of other guests and neighbors. Disruptive behavior, including excessive noise, smoking, or disturbances, will result in immediate eviction.

Smoking Policy Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited by Georgian law. A penalty of 200 GEL will be applied for smoking inside the room. Designated smoking areas are available on the balconies of the apartments.

Pet Policy: Apart.In Georgia maintains a strict no-pet policy across all apartments.

Guest Responsibility for Damages Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. Apart.In Georgia administration will charge for repairs or replacements as necessary.

Additional Services
Transportation: Airport transfers are available upon request.
Private Tours: Custom private tours around Georgia can be arranged.
Restaurant Reservations: Table bookings at local restaurants and cafes are available upon request.
Laundry and Dry Cleaning: Laundry and dry-cleaning services are available with additional charge.
Event Decorations: Special decorations for birthdays, honeymoons, and other occasions can be arranged for an additional charge.
Beauty and Wellness Services: Bookings for aesthetic and beauty salon services can be facilitated.
Medical Services: Bookings to Doctor visits and other medical services are available upon request.

Personal Property: Apart.In Georgia is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your stay. Guests are encouraged to securely store valuables.

Eviction Apart.In Georgia reserves the right to evict guests who violate these terms and conditions, engage in illegal activities, or cause disturbances that affect other guests.
