Cancelation policy

Cancellations must be made online or via email in accordance with the cancellation policy set out in the booking confirmation email – 72 hours prior to the arrival date. Confirmation of cancellation will be sent to you via email.

Guests who book “Non-refundable” rates are not entitled to a refund if they need to cancel.

The Customer agrees that the above cancellation charges are a fair and genuine estimate of the loss that the Operator would incur on the cancellation of a booking.

No Show Policy If the guest fails to arrive or does not cancel with the cancellation policy time they are treated as a NO SHOW. If they have booked the fully flexible rate they will be charged for the first night of their stay only. If the booking is done with a non-refundable rate the full amount has already been charged.

The service at the Apart.In was exceptional. There was absolutely no issue that was not addressed timely and with satisfactory results. We were particularly impressed with how the hotel staff anticipated our needs (periodically coming by the Board Room to check with us)
