Cancelation policy
Cancellations must be made online or via email in accordance with the cancellation policy set out in the booking confirmation email – 72 hours prior to the arrival date. Confirmation of cancellation will be sent to you via email.
Guests who book “Non-refundable” rates are not entitled to a refund if they need to cancel.
The Customer agrees that the above cancellation charges are a fair and genuine estimate of the loss that the Operator would incur on the cancellation of a booking.
No Show Policy If the guest fails to arrive or does not cancel with the cancellation policy time they are treated as a NO SHOW. If they have booked the fully flexible rate they will be charged for the first night of their stay only. If the booking is done with a non-refundable rate the full amount has already been charged.
