Receiving Your Key:<\/h5>\n

  1. On Arrival date, you will receive an email with a PIN code and instructions on how to use the Salto KS Digital smart key. Make sure to keep it safe and do not share it with others.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>\n

    Accessing Your Room:<\/h5>\n
    1. Approach your room door and your smartphone close to the card reader on the door if you are using the Salto KS app. OR enter the PIN code with # provided via email.<\/li>\n
    2. Wait for a beep or a green light, which indicates that the door is unlocked.<\/li>\n
    3. Turn the handle to open the door.<\/li><\/ol>\n
      If the Key Doesn\u2019t Work:<\/h5>\n
      1. Ensure that you are holding the device properly within the range of the reader.<\/li>\n
      2. Check for any obstructions or interference, such as being too far from the door.<\/li>\n
