Salto KS Digital Key System Guidelines for Guests
Receiving Your Key:
On Arrival date, you will receive an email with a PIN code and instructions on how to use the Salto KS Digital smart key. Make sure to keep it safe and do not share it with others.
Accessing Your Room:
- Approach your room door and your smartphone close to the card reader on the door if you are using the Salto KS app. OR enter the PIN code with # provided via email.
- Wait for a beep or a green light, which indicates that the door is unlocked.
- Turn the handle to open the door.
If the Key Doesn’t Work:
- Ensure that you are holding the device properly within the range of the reader.
- Check for any obstructions or interference, such as being too far from the door.
